Anna Evoyan
Anna Evoyan was selected for the 2024 Shortlist with The Missing Daughters of the South Caucasus.
Anna Evoyan is an Armenian researcher, translator, and writer specialising in art, culture, and gender studies. Holding a Master’s degree in Art History and Theory from Yerevan State University, she is now focusing on human rights advocacy and protection. Anna is also one of the creators of the “Revolutionary Health and Health for the Revolution” newspaper and works with other artists to produce topics through joint reading, translation, organisation, and distribution.
Tina Xu
Tina Xu was selected for the 2024 Shortlist with The Missing Daughters of the South Caucasus.
A designer, videographer, photographer, and writer, Tina is a multimedia human on a mission to illuminate the dizzyingly complex two-way street between people and politics. After studying political science at Wellesley College, she has worked in American broadcast TV, a Southeast Asian sustainable development NGO, and a Chinese magazine. She has freelanced for media in seven countries. She believes that stories must transcend traditional mediums to bridge hearts and cultures effectively and that some more empathy and understanding may save us all.
