Nanna Schelde

From 2017-2018 Nanna Schelde is a fellow at The Constructive Institute, an independent organisation that lies at the heart of the constructive journalism movement. Its mission is to combat trivialisation and degradation of journalism by emphasising reporting that is more accurate, balanced and solutions-focused. The institute is based at Aarhus University.

Nanna Schelde is on leave from her job as a newspaper journalist. She is a reporter on Kristeligt Dagblad’s feature flagship, the Life & Soul-section focusing on in-depth portraits and features about the significant trends of time and life’s big questions. Her great interest is to decode people and convey moods, so readers may become wiser and get a diversified look into a specific human being or general tendency. She graduated from The Danish School of Journalism in 2008.

Nanna Schelde was selected selected for the 2014 European Press Prize shortlist with ‘Help to die’
