Finn Starken is an editor for the ZDF Magazin Royale, a German late-night-show combining journalism and satire. Born in 1994 in Hamburg, Starken studied philosophy and history at Heidelberg University before earning a Master‘s degree in political theory from Goethe-University Frankfurt. He has worked for Der Spiegel, Deutschlandfunk, and taz. die tageszeitung. His pieces have received the Deutscher Journalistenpreis and the Grimme Online Award.
