Ronald Ockhuysen

Ronald Ockhuysen is the director of the VandenEnde Foundation, which donates money to young artists and cultural institutions in the Netherlands. From 2015 to 2021, he was editor-in-chief of Het Parool, a daily newspaper based in Amsterdam. Ockhuysen began his journalistic career at the age of 25 at De Volkskrant, where he wrote about media, art, and culture for over 15 years. Ockhuysen studied Cultural Studies at the University of Amsterdam between 1986 and 1992.
