Marlon Saadi

Marlon Saadi was selected for the 2026 Shortlist with One day in Gaza.

Marlon Saadi is a freelance journalist reporting from Germany and the Middle East. His
work appears in publications including Die Zeit and Der Spiegel. He is a graduate of the
Henri Nannen School of Journalism in Hamburg. In his reporting, he explores political
conflicts through personal stories, making complex events understandable on a human
level.
